How long is a drop-in visit?
Each drop-in visit is approximately 30 minutes. We use that time for feeding, playtime, a potty break, and a quick check of your pet's wellbeing.
Will I get an update after each visit?
Yes — you'll receive a photo update after every visit so you can see your pet is happy and settled.
Can you administer medication during a drop-in?
Yes, medication administration is available as an add-on for an additional fee. Provide instructions in advance and we'll handle it.
